With the boom of the internet and social media over the past few years, Julia was quick to understand the importance of internet marketing for lawyers. Julia and her partner, Louisa Chen, have worked together since law school and founded the company based on a similar philosophy and strategy for legal internet marketing, with a focus on results, client service, and ethical marketing.

Prior to forming LCL Web Solutions, Julia represented injury victims in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in all types of accident cases, including premises liability, products liability, car accidents, etc. Prior to practicing personal injury law, she was a criminal trial lawyer at the Metropolitan Public Defender’s Office in Portland, Oregon.

Julia graduated from Temple Law School in 2003 and received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from State University of New York-Binghamton in 2000. During law school, Julia worked for the New York City-Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and completed a clinical at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she earned the Outstanding Oral Advocate Award.

Julia is an avid distance runner and completed the Philadelphia Marathon in 2008. She is married with two young children and lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Julia is currently licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Giving Back to the Community

Julia volunteers regularly with the Volunteers for the Indigent Program in Philadelphia, a legal aid program. In 2011 and 2012, she helped a single mother with a history of being abused in a name change matter and a custody matter. Julia has also been involved with the Wills for Heroes Program-a free will drafting program for our area’s fire fighters and police officers.
